Building Bridges of Friendship: St. Stephen’s Green College, Dublin, Ireland Visits Our Centres

In a heart-warming display of global camaraderie, a group of 20 students and 4 teachers from St. Stephen’s Green College, Dublin, Ireland, embarked on a transformative journey to our 3 MAC centres, Brickfield School Project, Rainbow Homes, and Loreto Schools from 3rd to 13th February 2024.

The students and teachers were greeted with open arms by the children in a traditional manner, setting the tone for a meaningful and culturally rich exchange. As a gesture of appreciation, the visitors were presented with handmade uttorio, skilfully crafted by our Skill Development Project. This not only showcased the artistic talents nurtured within our community but also served as a tangible symbol of the bonds being forged.

Throughout their visit, the group engaged with the children on a daily basis, fostering a genuine connection and leaving an indelible mark on both parties. The quality time spent together was not just about imparting knowledge but also about sharing laughter, stories, and building bridges of understanding.

The interaction between the visitors and the children went beyond geographical boundaries, demonstrating that friendship and love recognize no barriers, hurdles, or limitations.
