Teaching as a profession has undergone massive change in the last few decades. Adapting to these changes, especially the technology to engage children has been a key challenge for educatorsThe Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (known briefly as RTE) has laid down several essentials for quality education at the elementaryschool level. One of these essentials is the right of the child to have a qualified and regularly updated teacher.Training transaction impacts teachers in terms of their perceptions about training and learning achievement.
Identifying all these KMWSC organized our days teachers’ training  was organized by KMWSC in Gangasagar from 25th July to 28th July 2017.Miss Sushila and Ms Rina conducted all the sessions for 25 participants who participated from different schools and organizations.

 Teachers Trainings programme was organized at Gangasagar  in Classroom Management, Pedagogy Training, Subject Training, Life Skills enabled teachers who have no, little or some teaching experience, with technology tools and effective pedagogy techniques to make the teaching-learning experience in the classroom effective and enjoyable. KMWSC teacher training focussed on improving classroom practice through the usage of technology, interactive teaching learning material, classroom organization skills, lesson planning, and appropriate teaching styles.
