Reaching New Heights Together – 9 Years of Making Memories

On 12th June 2023, Kolkata Mary Ward Social Centre, fondly called KMWSC, has completed 9 years of service to our less privileged brothers and sisters of the society. This journey has always been driven by the inspiration of the Venerable Mary Ward, who said “to love the poor, is to live, die and rise with them”. Our journey “to love the poor” as an organization, has always been a journey with the lives, who have transformed themselves through our intervention with solidarity, grace, love and justice. The journey has always been led by Sr. Monica Suchiang. Sr. Monica and her dedicated team members had put in their tremendous effort to work across 4 districts in West Bengal and the Nawada district in Bihar.

KMWSC conveys it’s thanks to all funders, well-wishers and friends who had believed us and in our small efforts! We remain grateful to all the beneficiaries who walk with us, which inspire us to do more!

This special day was marked with celebrations at our office and the project fields across all locations in West Bengal.

We look forward to celebrating 10 years of our foundation in 2024 with our beneficiaries, representatives of Funding Agencies and our well wishers.
