Barefoot Teachers Training for Brick Field Teachers was conducted in Kolkata Mary Ward Social Centre Office Premises from 28-06-2016 to 30-06-2016. Total 19 teachers took part in the training programme.
The aim of this workshop was to focus upon the importance of teaching students using teaching learning materials and help teachers to work upon their skills in imparting instructions to the children. The workshop helped teachers gain a certain measure of confidence.
In the last day of the training,prizes were given to teachers according to their Good Performance in the year 2015-16.
