The Director of Kolkata Mary Ward Social Centre, Sr. Monica Suchiang, visited Diamond Harbour on 28th September, 2023. Her mission: to inspect the progress and effectiveness of the Human Rights project. She was accompanied by her dedicated project team.
During the visit, the Director ventured into local villages, personally conducting home visits. This hands-on approach allowed her to connect directly with beneficiaries, providing a unique opportunity to gather firsthand information about their living conditions and challenges.
In the spirit of collaboration, the Director later convened a meeting with the project team. There, she shared her insightful observations, sparking valuable discussions. Her suggestions, born from the wisdom gained on the field, promise to improve the project’s effectiveness in championing human rights.
