A five day workshop was conducted for the Program Staffs of KMWSC on Organisational Management and Proposal writing from 21st -25th January 2019 at the KMWSC office. The Workshop mainly consisted of the following focus areas.

23) Group Discussion and Proposal Writing of Respective Project of KMWSC.

Mr Khilesh Chaturvedi was the Resource trainer for this Workshop. Mr Khilesh comes with rich experience and knowledge and indeed his training has been beneficial to all the Program Staffs of KMWSC. The focus areas of Discussion was more of informal where the staffs could interact and share about the critical situation faced at the field level. At the end of the Workshop the staffs gave Presentations on their Projects using Standard Operating System (SOP) which was used for drafting Proposals for each of the Respective projects of KMWSC. The staffs discussed mainly on the Organisation approach at the field level using the inputs from the above components of intervention . The Staffs are now confident as to what and how their approach should be while working at the field level . The Proposal writing was also much beneficial to the Program staffs as new formats , using of words while writing a proposal and above all the concept of writing a proposal with a positive Impact expected from the community to our Donors . The Staffs are grateful to Sister Monica Suchiang, Director , KMWSC for taking the initiative and nurturing each of the Program staffs with Strategic Knowledge towards Community Development .
