The four days workshop of the training program was based on Level- 1 training with Loreto Sealdah Rainbow homes aspiring teachers. It started with activities on Language development, number development, make presentation to the teachers, stories telling, interactive sessions and games to build up the efficiency level of the grass root level teachers. Resource person also shared safety guidelines and protocols with the teachers.
