A group of 20 students and 5 teachers from St. Stephen's Green College, Ireland visited our 3 Mac centres – Park circus, Matijhil and Kuliya Tangra. They were heartily welcomed by the children in a traditional way and were also given handmade welcome cards. Then the children introduced themselves one by one to all the volunteers and enacted action rhymes that they had learnt, did group activities such as drawing, reading out the names of the fruits, animals, vegetables, danced and played with the volunteers. The volunteers had fun & frolic moments with the community members and with the children from the MAC centres. They shared happiness, knowledge and observed their teaching process, met with the club members and also visited their homes. The Children and the volunteers were very happy with this exposure that was given to them.
