As part of the Circular Learning Exercise, a comprehensive SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis of the Child Rights Project and KMWSC was conducted by a consultant from Caritas Germany and the SPMUS team on 30th September 2024. This evaluation, held as part of ongoing Circular Learning Exercise, aimed to assess the effectiveness of the project and the Organisation’s overall impact. The analysis identified key areas of strength, as well as opportunities for growth and improvement, while addressing potential challenges and threats. The Circular Learning Exercise provides valuable insights for strategic planning and future program development, further strengthening KMWSC's mission to protect and uphold the rights of children in marginalised communities.
