On 11th September 2024, an awareness program was conducted at Balti High School in Basirhat under the Anti Human Trafficking Project of KMWSC. The session focused on educating students about the prevention of human trafficking and child marriage, two critical issues affecting vulnerable communities. Through interactive discussions, the program aimed to raise awareness among the students about the dangers and consequences of human trafficking and child marriage. The students were empowered with knowledge on how to protect themselves and their peers, and encouraged to play an active role in preventing these crimes within their communities. This initiative underscores KMWSC’s dedication to safeguarding the rights and futures of children and young adults through education and community engagement.
