On 6th November 2024, Kolkata Mary Ward Social Centre (KMWSC) was honoured to host Wim and Nel Suerink and Marian de Jongh, esteemed board members of SAC. The visit provided an invaluable platform to highlight KMWSC's transformative interventions and its unwavering commitment to empowering marginalised communities. During their visit, the board members engaged in a comprehensive discussion with KMWSC’s Director and staff. The dialogue explored the organisation’s ongoing programs, challenges, and achievements, with a particular focus on strategies to enhance the impact of its initiatives. Topics included the success of education projects, women's empowerment programs, and sustainable livelihood efforts. This collaborative engagement not only reaffirmed the strong partnership between KMWSC and SAC but also set the stage for future efforts aimed at amplifying the impact of empowerment initiatives for underprivileged populations.
