KMWSC has been continuously working on its way to help needy and starving families at this hour of crisis. Today BFS team distributed ration packets to 500 migrant workers stuck at Akra BFS. With heartfelt gratitude to an anonymous well wisher from New Delhi who has provided all the food rations for our migrant workers. The ration packets consisted of 5 kgs of Rice, 5 kgs of wheat flour ( atta),3 kgs of Channa dal, 1 litre packet of cooking oil, 1 kg packet of salt, 2 soaps, 200 gms of each turmeric and red chilly powder packets. The BFS team carried the whole process of distribution with prior permission from police authorities, permit challan and guidance from administratives of the respective areas, keeping in mind the protocols for precautionary protections. Also we thank with sincere gratitude to our dear Sister Geraldine and young sisters from Loreto Entally ,volunteers from the campus of Loreto Entally, BFS team and BFS leading teachers along with the drivers and helpers without whose help and support this distribution would not have been successful.
