On 31st July 2024, KMWSC conducted a Life Skills Training session for adolescent groups at Motijheel slum under the IDENTITY project. This initiative focused on building leadership skills among the youth, equipping them with essential tools to navigate their future confidently. The training session covered a range of critical life skills, including effective communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and teamwork. Through interactive activities and discussions, participants were encouraged to develop their self-awareness and self-confidence, essential components of effective leadership. The session aimed to empower adolescents to take on leadership roles within their communities, fostering a sense of responsibility and proactive engagement. By enhancing their life skills, the IDENTITY project seeks to create a generation of young leaders who can drive positive change and contribute to the overall development of their communities.
