Formation of children’s group

Formation of children's group, develop some basic rules and regulations at group level on 18th and 19th October 2019 along with child rights 2. Identify the group leaders who are vocal and motivated and leaders need training on group management, leadership building, communication and public dealing and presentation, case handling and documentation. 3. All group members need training on Child Rights, Child Protection issues (Child abuse, child marriage, child trafficking, child labour) and protection mechanism (laws related to child protection and Child Line, VLCP). 4. All group members need building capacities on process of child tracking system, identify cases related to child protection, process of referring to CHILD LINE and process of documentation at their group level. 5. Supervisor and Field staff also need training on strategy development and monitoring mechanism. 6. Later on follow up training and advocacy, networking and involvement of Govt stakeholders mechanism need to be developed by building capacities of staff and group leaders. 7. Process of Block level, district level and State level advocacy mechanism strategy need to be developed.
