On 2nd May 2025, a comprehensive Capacity Building Program was conducted under the Tribal Community Development and Empowerment Project, focusing on strengthening the safety net for children in vulnerable tribal communities. The session brought together staff members, mothers, and Child Club members, reflecting a collective commitment to child protection and community resilience.

The training covered key strategies and necessary steps to ensure child safety and welfare. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on theirroles and responsibilities, learning how to collaboratively identify and address child vulnerabilities in real-time. A significant part of the workshop focused on SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis, empowering participants to assess their community dynamics critically and develop practical action plans.

Conflict resolution was another vital element, with interactive sessions on how to navigate disagreements effectively to achieve successfuloutcomes. These skills are essential for sustaining a united front in child protection efforts. The program also emphasised the importance of establishing a robust safety net for children, equipping participants with tools to provide immediate responses to any emerging risks or violations of child rights.

By building awareness, enhancing problem-solving skills, and fostering stronger community ties, the workshop has set the groundwork for a saferand more secure environment for tribal children. The active participation and enthusiasm of the mothers and child club members highlighted their dedication to creating lasting change.
