On 30th July 2021 World Day Against Trafficking in Person was celebrated by Anti Human Trafficking Project: SCAR and Surakshit Saisav Project at Basirhat, with the support from Caritas India, Caritas Germany, Mary Ward International Spain in collaboration with Basirhat Police, to raise awareness of the plight of human trafficking victims, and promote and protect their rights. Eminent guest - Sri Surendra Kumar Singh; I.C. Basirhat, Sri Kallol Chakraborty; Member of Child Welfare Committee, North 24 Parganas, Sri Rajesh Kumar Goshain; BFS and DALSA were present at the event. They have shared their thoughts on the Day. Also the Trafficking Survivor's, Child Parliament/ Club Leaders and winners of drawing competition on Anti Human Trafficking between 30 children parliament/club were present. On behalf of the entire KMWSC family we request all our wellwisher, friends supporters funders and donors to join our fight and let us all take this opportunity to give hope to trafficking victims, pledge to do our part and help end this terrible crime.
