Capacity building training was conducted on 17th of August, 2021 at KMWSC for the field staffs of LOTUS Project. and The community teachers from both the centres - Chaulgola and Sonapata were present and attended the training. Training and discussion was conducted on the following topics -
1. Community Teachers' Training on Lesson Plan
2. Session on Teaching Learning Material (TLM) Development
3. Practice session for the field staffs
