We are thrilled to announce that several children supported by Kolkata Mary Ward Social Centre (KMWSC) have successfully passed the Madhyamik Examination 2025! Their achievements reflect not only their hard work and determination but also the dedication of our teams, teachers, community workers, and supporters who have walked alongside them.
Here’s a snapshot of the outstanding results across our projects:
Solar Project: 5 students passed — 1 in 2nd division, 4 in 3rd division.
Tribal Community Development & Empowerment: 8 students passed — 3 in 2nd division, 5 in 3rd division.
IDENTITY & Lotus Child Project: 9 students passed — 2 in 1st division, 2 in 2nd division, 5 in 3rd division.
Surokhit Shaishav (Child Rights) Project: 23 students passed — 3 in 1st division, 5 in 2nd division, 15 in 3rd division.
Anti-Human Trafficking Project: 35 students passed — 5 in 1st division, 7 in 2nd division, 23 in 3rd division.
Human Rights Project: 14 students passed — 1 in 1st division, 12 in 2nd division, 1 in 3rd division.
Red-light Project: 12 students passed — all in 2nd division.
Empowerment and Leadership of Survivors Project: 2 students passed — both in 3rd division.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to these young achievers, many of whom have overcome significant social and economic challenges to reach this milestone. Their success is a powerful reminder that when children are given the right support, they can rise above barriers and claim their right to education and a brighter future.
