KMWSC facilitated 3 days residential Capacity Building training programme under Brick Field School Project for different area wise field staffs from 28th to 30th August 2018 in its premises. This was the training before the brick field season starts to implement the activities. It was brain storming, it was team work on the goal and activities of the project, mapping the resources and stakeholders and evaluation of previous project cycle. Drawing out the best practices of the project for the last one year, reviewing dos and Don’ts and it achievements. There were 10 teachers (Male-3, Female-7) from Akra brick field centers, 15 teachers (Male-3, Female-12) attended the training from Pujali brick field centers and 4 female teachers participated from Uttarpara brick field centers.
This training gave them a platform for team sharing, team reviewing, mapping the stakeholders, group evaluation and the orientation on the coming brick field new session.

These 3 days residential training has boosted the teachers’ enthusiasm. They went back to their respective centers with new energy and motivation to start the new brick field session from the month of October for the migrant children coming to the brick fields who migrate with their parents. The field staffs were happy to share their views, ideas, observations and learning from the different fields.
