On 8th of June, KMWSC BFS Project coordinator, field staffs and team provided dry ration packets as food relief at Pujali. They distributed food relief packets in 15 Pujali BFS centres to altogether 520 families. The food packets included 10 kgs. of rice, 3 kgs. of dal, 250 gms packet of soyabean chunks, salt packet of 1 kg , 1 kg. packet of rice puff , detergent powder 1 kg. packet , 1 packet of each turmeric and red chilly powder, 5 packets of biscuits and 5 pouches of shampoo. The migrant families after the phases of lockdown could finally leave for their hometowns in Bihar. The BFS team provided all the packets to these families before they left for their native places. The families thanked KMWSC and the Director for standing by the helpless migrants at this difficult time.
