Today under Lotus child project , food relief was provided to the beneficiaries belonging to the areas of Sonapota and Chaulgola, in support with Mr. Tarun kanti Mandal , the Councillor of Sonapota, ward no. 05. He was present in today's distribution camp. He came forward in the service by arranging the beneficiaries of his ward according to the protocols of maintaining social distancing and also helped in food distribution. He thanked KMWSC and the Director for standing by the helpless people in this difficult time. Altogether, 64 families from Sonapota and 115 families from the respective Chaulgola area received dry food ration packets containing 3 kgs of rice, 2 kgs of potatoes, 2 kgs of dal (lentils) and 500 ml packet of cooking oil. We thank Mr. Tarun Kanti Mandal for his service of self-humanity in this exhaustion and thank the team of Lotus Child project for their enormous support in packaging the ration packets, handling and distributing it to the helpless people.
