Today KMWSC in collaboration with Caritas India, provided soaps to 150 families in three villages of Gacha Akharpur & Itinda Panchayat and also distributed - 5kgs. of rice, 1kg of dal, 2 kgs. of potatoes, 2 soaps, 1 packet of soyabean chunks, ,salt packet of 1 kg ,1 packet of ricepuff , Detergent powder packet of 500 gms , half a litre packet of cooking oil and 10 pouches of shampoo with proper precautions taken like wearing gloves, maintaining social distancing and the dry food packet was kept on the table. . The villagers have benefited a lot from this food relief. The villagers and the panchayat, upo prodhan & members also thanked our organisation for standing beside the poor families when they were suffering due to the lockdown and had no work or money to buy ration for their survival.
