The joyous spirit of Christmas was celebrated across various project locations, bringing warmth, smiles, and a deep sense of togetherness among the communities we serve. The celebrations reflected the essence of the season – love, sharing, hope, and unity – transcending geographical boundaries and social differences.
Under the Naya Disha Project, children and community members at the Hingalganj Centre gathered to celebrate Christmas in an atmosphere filled with joy and fellowship. Songs, shared moments, and festive cheer created a space of happiness and belonging for everyone present.
At Gangasagar, the TCDE Project marked Christmas with local community members, offering a time for reflection, togetherness, and celebration. The programme fostered a sense of peace and solidarity, reminding participants of the values of compassion and mutual support.
The Brickfield School Project celebrated Christmas across all its project locations at Sibdaspur, Kalyani, Basirhat, Haroa, Akra, and Pujali. Children, teachers, and staff came together to enjoy the festive spirit through shared activities, laughter, and celebration. The joyful environment reinforced a sense of care and inclusion for children from migrant brickfield communities.
Across all locations, Christmas became more than a festival – it became a reminder of shared humanity, collective joy, and the hope for a brighter, more compassionate future.
“One season, many places – celebrating Christmas with hearts united in joy.”
