I6 participants participated in the 3 Day Barefoot Teachers Training organized by  KMWSC from 23rd-25th August,2016.

The unique feature that sets apart Barefoot Teachers training course is that it encourages teachers to be creative and to think out of the box.Hence, Barefoot  teacher training course helps teachers to be innovative as well as plan, execute and evaluate lessons in an interesting fashion that is appealing to the young minds and holds their interest for the children to absorb and retain the lessons.

The project staff and the teachers of Community and Adult Education Programme project, Red Light Area project and Brick Field Schools team participated in the 3 days training.

Barefoot Teachers Training is  bringing in the innovative methods, the current ideas that is making the teaching application real and sufficient enough to carry it back to the classroom so that teachers can  use it effectively and interestingly.

Through Barefoot Teachers Training teachers were guided in the fundamental principles,skills and knowledge for successful and effective teaching.Here are few glimpses of the training.
