Celebrating Partnership: A Visit from Our Esteemed Guests

At Kolkata Mary Ward Social Centre, we were privileged to host a distinguished delegation from June 13th to 28th, 2024. This esteemed group included Sr. Brigid Tunney from the Irish Province, Mr. Anthony Hanon, Director of Mary Ward International Ireland and Mrs. Maria Linas, Director of Kambia, along with her 17 board members. Their visit was a significant event, symbolising the strength and impact of our collaborative efforts. During their stay, our guests immersed themselves in the heart of our community, spending quality time with our beneficiaries, parents, and staff. This engagement provided them with first-hand insights into the challenges we face and the triumphs we celebrate. Their interactions and observations were invaluable, offering them a deeper understanding of the ground realities we navigate daily. For us at Kolkata Mary Ward Social Centre, this visit was a unique opportunity to showcase the progress we have made, much of which has been possible due to their relentless support and partnership in our endeavours.
