Barefoot Teacher's Training Program was conducted at in-house training centre at KMWSC premises, maintaining the COVID guidelines. An informative training session was initiated on focusing on Quality Education, Difference between Equity and Equality, Baseline Assessment, Level Learning, TLM management, Charcteristics of Child, Language Development, Number Development, Child Rights, Classroom management, Good Teacher Quality. Various activities were also played at the end to motivate the teachers and help them generate fun activity ideas with the children. Participants attended from North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas and surrounding Kolkata. Total Number of Participants - 22
