One Billion Rising movement was conducted on line by Kolkata Mary Ward Social Centre on the International women’s day celebration in Kolkata on 8th March 2021. Due to the pandemic crisis this web portal platform was created to prevent Covid-19. 10 countries have participated in the webinar which gave a new boundary to KMWSC. There were participants from all over the countries (10 countries). It was a large platform on line to conduct a virtual webinar which has reached out to 500 hundred people far and near. The event was live streaming in Facebook and you tube. KMWSC thanks all the participants, speakers and singers for the wonderful performance on line.
