Training on Solar Lantern-Empowering Staff
‘Solar Enlighten and Community Empowerment Project’ is implemented at Manmathanagar village in Gosaba block. A 2-days training programme on ‘Solar Lantern Assembling’ was organized at KMWSC office, from 26 to 27 July, 2016, aiming to enhance the skills of the respective project staffs on assembling solar lantern, solar lamp components.
The entire training programme was characterized by theoretical discussion, group discussion, interaction with the participants and practical work. Ample examples were given by the resource person and plenty of instruments were used and experimented by the participants during the training programme.
