KMWSC conducted Theater for Development to resource the candidates for the skill development sections on this week under ITC project. The main purpose of the TFD was to make awareness on the job opportunities through skill development training. There were three auto campaigns for public and mass awareness on the courses available in KMWSC for the less fortunate youth from the minority communities and slum areas of kolkata. There were 300 hundred on the spot registration during the campaign. The candidates were distributed leaflets along with the contact numbers. Magic shows and talking doll were the part of TFD to make awareness and sensitization on the courses and training available in KMWSC. Thus auto campaign and TFD were powerful tool to mobilize the youngsters who are looking for jobs and to do some training courses.
