KMWSC conducted 4 days teachers’ training programme under Barefoot Teachers’ Training in its premises from 21st to 24th May 2018. There were 18 participants (Male-7, Female-13) from different districts of west Bengal. This training focused on level 1 training.
The main objectives of the training were to make the teachers aware of:
This level one training gave them a solid base of teaching methodology. Many of them were not aware of this kind of training. They all went back happily promising to complete the level 2 training soon.
