Kolkata Mary Ward Social Centre has organized a Health Camp for the community people of Sonapota which is a village of Sonarpur.This programme was organized by Community Education and Adult Education Programme Project.Around 120 people got benefited by this camp. KMWSC intervenes in Sonapota with remedial educational facilities for school going as well as nonschool going students.
The aim of the camps was not just to provide health services but also to create an environment where the whole community gets sensitized about health issues.Here are few glimpses of the event.
