A visit by Saint Ignatius Team from Australia
In the winter KMWSC team was lucky enough to enjoy visits from dedicated groups of volunteers.
Ms.Kim Prodinger from Saint Ignatius college, Riverview, Australia along with 2 teachers and 15 students visited Pujali and Akra Brickfields at South 24 Parganas.The children were excited to meet the visitors and despite the language difficulties they managed to communicate a little and learn a bit about each other’s’ lives. Students from Ignatius college also played with children.The visit was a great success and we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Kim and teachers and students from Saint Ignatius college for spending their quality time with the children of Brickfields.
